In fact, when I go to the grocery shop, I grab the first package of spaghetti that I see and that doesn’t cost too much, but isn’t too cheap either. Actually, that’s true for everything I buy in a grocery shop. And I go there very often – I am young and a large proportion of my budget goes for food.

How are you going to make me buy your product? By letting me try out each and every one on the shelves?

So, you are bound to either stick to your promise (be honest) or overdeliver (be modest). Or just surprise your customers by offering something no one else does.

Yeah, they are able to create some excitement and gain consumer insights and ideas. But, hey, what about the consumers? Let them design the product, not just talk about it before they have even seen it. Let us see what will happen.

I have been in Bulgaria for almost 5 days now. I was tired of all the writings and readings and was eager to be with my family and to meet my friends here.

On the day I was leaving Lund I decided that I will not update my status on Facebook and Twitter. I tried… I thought that I will be able to resist and keep the lid of my laptop closed too.

When I wake up, I reach for “Atlas shrugged”. I read 20 or 30 pages and then, suddenly, there is this idea worth exploring. Talking to people makes me think. Thinking makes me do. Now I have to do it… And I have to finish it during the next few days.

I am at home, at least. It is cosy, it is warm and food is so delicious!

I met a friend at the store today. We talked a bit about that. What is easier – to pick a product under a brand loaded with value, or to rely on one that nobody really needs and to hope that a low price will do the thing?

Ha…
